Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your QuantTradeAI account and the personal information associated with it. This page describes both ways to do that — directly from inside the app, or by emailing us — and explains exactly what is removed and what is retained.
Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended, instant)
- Open the QuantTradeAI app on your Android device.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings list.
- Tap the red Delete account button.
- Confirm by tapping Delete forever in the dialog.
Your account is anonymized on our servers immediately, every signed-in session is revoked on all your devices, and the app returns to its signed-out state. No further action is required.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed (for example, you uninstalled before deleting your account), send a request to:
Include the email address you registered with so we can locate the account. We respond within 30 days as required under the GDPR. If you do not receive a reply within that window, please follow up.
What we delete

What we retain (in anonymized aggregate form)
To preserve the integrity of analytics, attribution, and paper-trading records that no longer contain personal data, we keep the following in anonymized form. None of these can be linked back to you:
- Aggregate event counts (number of insights opened, paper trades placed) — for retention metrics
- Install referrer / attribution metadata (campaign, ad group identifiers) — for campaign performance analytics, without your identity attached
- Crash logs from your past sessions — retained 90 days for stability work
